Drawing from the surrounding streetscape, the building’s structured façade, high-pitched forms, and expansive glazing reflect a contemporary interpretation of Abbotsford’s warehouse typologies. Floor-to-ceiling windows invite natural light into the interiors, creating a seamless transition between inside and out, while textural finishes bring a refined warmth to the external envelope.
At street level, the design is grounded in the neighbourhood context. A sculpted entry experience, layered materiality, and carefully curated landscaping soften the built form, enhancing the connection between the residences and the pedestrian realm. Lulie is designed to feel both integrated and distinguished—acknowledging its surrounds while setting a new standard for contemporary living.
